Q: Do I need a make up trial for my wedding?
A: Yes, the trial allows me to ensure you get the look just right for you so you can relax on your wedding day. We can discuss the style you want and apply it so you can see exactly what you will look like and I can keep a record of this. Also, if any alterations are needed, they can be made at the time of the trial, thus giving you the extra time you will need on the big day for other things. A trial should be booked 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
 
Q: What make up do you use?
A: I use an Italian make up range called Barbara Bort. It is long lasting and feels wonderful on your skin. With the make up packages I offer, you will receive a free 'top up' product. So you can always look perfect throughout your special day.
 
Q: When is the best time to have a Universal Contour Wrap?

A: When you come for your treatment, you will be given an after care leaflet which will explain some basic after care you should follow. Things such as drinking water and avoiding foods/ drinks containing toxins are important to follow for 3 days after your wrap. So the best thing is to count back 3 days from your special occasion in order to be able to follow the after care. For optimum inch-loss and results, a course of 3 wraps is recommended 7-10 days apart. Q: Are you mobile and how far do you travel?
A: I can do all treatments in my treatment room from home. If it would be more convenient to have me travel to your home/ convenient location then I do nails, pamper parties and make up mobile. I travel upto 15 miles from Crewe free of charge (30 mile round trip); anything over that will be charged at 30p per mile. For basic beauty treatments, I generally cover Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Alsager, Kidsgrove and other surrounding towns. For weddings, I cover the whole of Cheshire and surrounding areas. I am happy to travel to any desired location outside of these areas, but mileage will be added.
 
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: Cash and cheques with guarantee cards are accepted. Also bank transfers are accepted if paying for packages or over the internet. Please contact us for details. We currently do not accept credit cards, unless purchasing products through paypal online.  
 

Q: When do you require payment for my wedding treatments?

A: If you are booking a wedding package, a deposit of 10% of the bill is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. On the initial appointment/ trial, at least 50% of the bill must be paid and then the remainder is due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

 

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, I have insurance with Professional Beauty.
